This web link contains timber span tables. If you don't feel confident enough to use these or there isn't a table suited to your needs, we can determine joist size and spacing for you.

This web links enables you to determine the depth of foundation required for your extension dependant on the soil conditions and species of trees nearby. If you're unsure about the width and depth required, we can determine this for you.
